Personal plea in Trump campaign

A LANDOWNER fighting a bid by Donald Trump to "force him out of his home" is featuring in a new poster campaign.
Michael Forbes is determined to stop Trump being granted a compulsory purchase order for his 23-acre plot of land at Mill of Menie – to make way for a luxury golf course and housing development.
He has made a personal appeal in posters that appear today in The Scotsman and local Scottish newspapers saying: "I've fished, farmed and lived here for over 40 years. If Donald Trump gets his way my family and our neighbours will face eviction. Please help us."
Pressure group Tripping Up Trump, behind the campaign, has spent thousands of pounds on the posters, funded by donations, including an anonymous millionaire who is a well-known environmentalist.
