My ancesters came from Smailholm, Scotland. My clan is Riddell. BUT I did not know this until I was 60 years old. Nevertheless I have attended as many Scottish events as I could over the years.
I have always had such strong feelings when I have heard bagpipes ... DO YOU THINK BAGPIPES ARE SPIRITUAL?

Yes I find bagpipes deeply moving and very spiritual. I have loved the pipes since I was a small girl.
